The Estonian Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (EstSPEN) would like to invite you to the 16th BALTIC CLINICAL NUTRITION COURSE/ 1st JOINT COURSE WITH PICUs:
Optimal Nutrition Care for All Ages on 18-19. August 2025
The live course for all medical specialities will be held on the 18th and 19th of August 2025 at LaSPA, Laulasmaa.
The aim of the course is to provide up-to-date information about clinical nutrition in variety of clinical situations by internationally recognized specialists and share experiences in round-table discussions and workshops.
The course will be suitable for health care professionals interested in clinical nutrition, both pediatric and adult medical care.

Participation Options and Program Choices
- Conference attendance is only available as a full 2-day package. Participation for individual days is not offered.
- Workshops and parallel sessions will be organized on site and do not require advance registration, except parallel session: NICU in Estonian – August 19, which must be registered for in advance (registration is available via the shopping cart).
- Banquet Dinner will take place on August 18 and is available for an additional fee.
- Dietary preferences – please indicate any dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, allergies). This box will appear in the shopping cart — please fill it in freely.
Practical Arrangements
- Accommodation: Participants can book accommodation through the organizer for an additional fee. Both single (SGL) and twin room options are available, including breakfast.
- If you wish to arrive a day early or extend your stay, please contact the event secretariat (see contact details at the bottom of the page).
- Transport: Participants are responsible for their own transportation and parking arrangements.
- Arriving to LaSpa by car
- Driving from Tallinn takes only 45 minutes. Head towards Laulasmaa. Take Paldiski maantee (Road 8), Kiia-Vääna-Viti (Road 410), Vääna-Keila-Joa (Road 411) and Tallinn-Rannamõisa-Kloogaranna to Laulasmaa. Once you have reached the village, drive straight. After approximately 800 meters, you will see a signpost to the LaSpa Laulasmaa. Turn right onto Lauresi tee. One of our two parking lots is located at the left side of the road and the second when you drive towards the pine forest at the hotel territory.

- Bus No. 127 (Mon–Sun) to Laulasmaa bus stop (Timetables – Bus)
- Bus No. 128 (Mon–Sun) to Laulasmaa bus stop (Timetables – Bus)

- Payment: After completing your registration, you will receive an invoice containing all the necessary payment details.
